Jack the Barber is an Australian men's grooming brand, made for the standards of a barbershop and the reality of getting ready in five minutes. The range covers hair styling, beard care, shaving and skin.

This website, jackthebarberusa.com, is owned and operated by BluSky Brands USA LLC, the exclusive United States distributor for Jack the Barber. We are a US-registered company based in Huntington Beach, California. When you buy from this site, you are buying from BluSky Brands USA LLC, and that is the name that will appear on your card statement.

Why there are two websites

Jack the Barber also sells direct in Australia at jackthebarberformen.com. That store ships within Australia and prices in Australian dollars. We set up this separate US store so American customers get US pricing in US dollars, domestic shipping, and returns to a US address rather than an international one. Same brand, same products, run locally.

How we ship

Orders are picked, packed and shipped from a fulfilment centre inside the United States, so most orders arrive within a few business days. Shipping is a flat $8, free on orders over $40. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

If something isn't right

We would rather fix a problem than argue about one. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or simply isn't what you expected, email us and we'll sort it out. Our Refund and Returns Policy sets out the detail, but the short version is that we'll make it right.
